Eligibility (18+) You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. Access by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. CraveTouch may use age-gating or verification methods where required. 3. What the Service Provides CraveTouch offers AI-assisted chat experiences (“AI Companions”) and tier-based access to media features, including images and audio. Media may be AI-generated or curated from AI-generated caches. The Service is entertainment-focused and may include NSFW features available only in higher tiers. 4. Accounts & Security You must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. CraveTouch may request additional information to verify age or investigate abuse and may suspend or terminate access for violations. 5. Subscriptions, Renewal & Tokens Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in settings; access remains until the end of the billing period. CraveTouch may offer additional tokens or credits for specific features. Prices, features, and limits may change with notice. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and taxes may apply. 6. Cancellations & Refunds You can cancel anytime in your settings. Access continues through the current billing cycle. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Tokens or credits typically do not carry over after cancellation or refund. Chargebacks may result in termination of premium access. 7. Your Content; Limited License to Us “Input” means your prompts or messages; “Output” means AI responses. You retain ownership of your Input. You grant CraveTouch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use de-identified Input and Output data to operate, improve, secure, and analyze the Service (including for quality assurance, analytics, and model improvement). 8. Conduct & Prohibited Use You must not: - Violate any laws; - Attempt to generate or share illegal or exploitative content; - Depict or appear to depict minors; - Target real individuals without consent; - Interfere with security or misuse rate limits; - Reverse engineer or access restricted areas. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts for violations. 9. AI Output Disclaimer AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or not meet expectations. CraveTouch does not guarantee accuracy or suitability. You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them. 10. Moderation & Enforcement CraveTouch uses automated and human review to detect violations such as CSAM, harassment, or fraud. Violations can result in content removal, suspension, bans, and reports to authorities. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to violations. 11. Service Changes & Availability We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, characters, or content at any time. CraveTouch may apply geoblocks or other restrictions to comply with law or reduce abuse. 12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” CraveTouch disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. CraveTouch LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or any loss of data, profits, or use. Total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. 13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraveTouch LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms. 14. Governing Law & Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Georgia courts for any disputes not otherwise resolved or subject to arbitration. 15. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
